MLR: 2mi w.u., 20min T, 10min E, 20min T, 2mi c.d. Pro Map seems to indicate that I was spot on! A little more exhausting than I imagined. Something about running on time as opposed to distance that makes it more tiring. I also couldn't stop thinking about breakfast.
